Pembroke is well known for the many ponds in town. There are also beautiful beaches at some of them.

There are three town beaches in Pembroke. They are on Little Sandy Bottom Pond, Stetson Pond and Oldham Pond (Town Landing.)

Swimming lessons are being offered at both Town Landing on Wampatuck Street and Little Sandy Beach on Woodbine Ave.Call Town Landing Guardhouse 781-293-3082 for swimming lesson information.

Beaches open for the 2010 Summer on June 20. Lifeguards on duty from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

Lessons start .....July 5, 2010. Signup begins June 28..
Beginners: ages 2.9 through 4 years.
Level I-VI : ages 4 and up.
Also being offered : Mommy and Me lessons and Adult swim lessons.
5 week sessions : $75.00
Monday through Friday - 1/2 hour classes OR
Tuesday through Thursday - 1 hour classes
Saturday only - 5 weeks, 1 hour classes $50.00

Sign ups at both Town Landing and Little Sandy Beaches will begin in June.
