Passports can now be processed at town hall, Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am to 12:00 noon. Please see attached lists of fees, plus postage. Download an application or pick one up at the Town Administrator's Office. New passports require a birth certificate or naturalization papers. Call for complete information. NEW HOURS.
Photographs are not available at town hall, residents must bring two 2" by 2" passport photographs when they submit the application.
Application for position on a board or commission. Download, print, fill out and bring in or fill out with a word processing program and email back to schilcott@townofpembrokemass.org.
