The following fees were approved by the Board of Selectmen on September 22, 2008 and become effective on October 1, 2008.

RESIDENTIAL

Hot Water Tank/Tankless (Combination with Plumbing Permit) $40

First Fixture $40

Each Additional Fixture $20

Re-Inspection Fee $45

Test (More than one Fixture) $25

Minimum Fee $40

　
COMMERCIAL

Hot Water Tank/Tankless (Combined with Plumbing Permit) $55

Hot Water Tank (Electric) $55

First Fixture $50

Each Additional Fixture $25

Re-inspection Fee $60

Test (More than one Fixture) $25

Minimum Fee $55

Note: Any application that has more than one fixture must check off Test on application

PENALTY FOR DOING WORK WITHOUT A PERMIT IS DOUBLE THE PERMIT FEE.
