TOWN OF PEMBROKE PUBLIC NOTICE
COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE
The Pembroke Community Preservation Committee has begun accepting Eligibility Determination Forms for Community Preservation Act Fiscal Year 2011 funding. The deadline to submit Eligibility Forms is April 2, 2010. All projects deemed eligible must then submit a CPA funding application. The application deadline is May 31, 2010. Eligibility Forms and Applications may be picked up in the Town Clerk’s office at Pembroke Town Hall. These forms and applications should be mailed to the following address.
The Community Preservation Committee will accept funding requests for Fiscal Year 2011starting March 1st. All requests must be received by May 31, 2010.

The Community Preservation Act was adopted by Pembroke voters in 2006 and establishes a funding source financed by surcharge revenues, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (with matching funds), for the purpose of open space, historical preservation and community housing projects and purchases.
